Team Connection
Session two is the week your team actually gets on the same page. We build the systems that keep communication clear, meetings productive, and your entire team connected inside Asana every single day. Most practices have meetings that go nowhere and task lists that live in someone's head. This session fixes that. We build your team meeting templates, your role-based task lists, and your Asana customization so the tool actually fits the way your practice runs, not the other way around.

Session three is where your practice stops relying on tribal knowledge and starts running on documented systems. Every transition in your practice, in or out, runs on a system instead of memory after today. We build your full onboarding and offboarding infrastructure so every new hire gets the same experience regardless of who is training them. We also get your SOPs out of everyone's heads and into Asana, using Everbloom's custom GPT to accelerate the writing process so you are not starting from a blank page.

Session four is your final build session, and we are going out strong. We build the projects your practice will use and grow long after Asana Unlocked ends, and we finish by learning how to use Asana AI so you and your team can work faster starting next week. Marketing and referral relationships are the growth engine of every practice, and most practices manage them in spreadsheets, email threads, or not at all. We fix that today. By the end of this session, your marketing campaigns have a home, your referring practice relationships are tracked, and your team has a 30-day action plan to keep the momentum going.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need Asana already?
You need an active Asana account at the Starter level or above to build with Cassie live. If you do not have one yet, get that set up at asana.com before your Week 0 webinar.
Can I bring my whole team?
Yes. Pricing is per practice, not per person. Bring your office manager, front desk, clinical lead. The more of your team that builds it together, the faster they use it.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and lands in your portal within 24 hours. You will not fall behind. Watch the recording, build what was covered, and show up the next Friday ready to go.
Is this only for orthodontic practices?
No. Asana Unlocked was designed with ortho and dental in mind but any practice-based business with a team will get full value from the buildout.
What happens after the four weeks?
You leave with fully built projects inside your Asana organization that you know exactly how to use, including automations, forms, customization, and so much more.
