What's Included
What is Rooted?
Rooted is a retreat-style wellness and business experience, built specifically for female orthodontists and dentists. It blends spa and rest with real professional connection, so you leave both restored and steadier in how you lead.
Bloom Circles
Small group sessions built around topics you submit before you arrive. This isn't generic networking; it's a space built around what you actually need to talk through, with women who understand exactly what you carry.
Connection and Intention
Real conversation. Everbloom sessions on team behaviors, emotional intelligence, and female leadership, so what you take home isn't just rest; it's a steadier way of running your practice and your life.
Wellness and Spa
Guided meditation, sound baths, breathwork, and daily yoga for every attendee. Rest isn't a reward you earn here; it's part of the retreat.
Guest Speakers
Female speakers each day who've walked this path, sharing what they know about leading a practice and leading yourself.
Continued Connection
Your registration includes four Zoom connection calls throughout 2027. Because the community shouldn't end when the retreat does.
