Over the past two decades, I've worn many hats in the orthodontic field: team member, leader, consultant, lecturer, practice coach, and now, podcast host. These experiences have evolved my perspective and caused a deep truth to emerge: the well-being of our teams was the cornerstone of true orthodontic success.
