Meet Everbloom's Founder, Cassie Kellner!

Over the past two decades, I've worn many hats in the orthodontic field: team member, leader, consultant, lecturer, practice coach, and now, podcast host. These experiences have evolved my perspective and caused a deep truth to emerge: the well-being of our teams was the cornerstone of true orthodontic success.

I don't consult... I implement. I'm in the trenches building your Asana boards, writing your practice playbook, and training your team on DiSC until they actually get each other. I specialize in orthodontic workflows. I'm here to transform your environment, not slap a band-aid on it!

Meet our Dental Division Coach, Shantel Terry!

Shantel has spent over 15 years in the dental field. She started as a clinical assistant, worked her way through both the clinical and front office sides of general dentistry, and eventually moved into multi-practice management, where she found her groove: building systems that streamline operations and make teams run smarter.

As Everbloom's Dental Division Coach, Shantel is all about task management, SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and creating workflows that your team will actually use. She knows what it takes to keep a practice organized from the inside out because she's been in every seat, and she builds the documentation to prove it, clear, usable, and built to hold up once she's not in the room. 

She's brilliant, she's resourceful, and she's the person you want behind the scenes making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Bottom line: if there's a better way to run it, Shantel will find it, document it, and build it for you.

Meet our Dental Division Coach, Mandy Madeline!

Mandy has spent 18 years in the dental world. She started chairside, worked her way through the front desk chaos, and eventually landed in leadership and operations where she discovered her actual superpower: making practices run like they're supposed to. 

As Everbloom's Dental Division Coach, Mandy builds practice playbooks for dental teams. Not generic templates that collect dust, but actual systems that fit how your practice operates. She knows what works (and what doesn't) because she lived it. Every workflow, every protocol, every process comes from real experience in the trenches, not theory from a textbook. 

She's detail-oriented without being nitpicky, organized in a way that makes everyone's life easier, and knows how to translate the chaos of daily practice life into clear, usable systems your team will actually follow. Bottom line: she gets it because she's lived it. And she's here to build you a playbook that actually works.

Meet our Orthodontic Division Coach, Hannah Wolske!

With nearly two decades of experience spanning orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics, and general dentistry, Hannah brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and business insight to every practice she works with. She started her career in orthodontics, then became a Registered Dental Hygienist, and along the way built a deep understanding of both specialty and general practice from the inside.

Some of those years were spent working alongside Cassie at Dr. Rick McLaughlin and Dr. Paul Upatham's practice in San Diego, CA, one of the most respected orthodontic practices in the country. That is where Hannah's orthodontic instincts were sharpened, learning directly from doctors who set the standard for what excellent orthodontic care actually looks like.

She later moved into dental education and product sales, representing nationally recognized brands and serving as a trusted clinical resource for hundreds of dental practices along the way.

Hannah brings a genuine passion for dentistry and service to everything she does, and she's committed to helping dental and orthodontic teams thrive through education, collaboration, and smart, innovative solutions.
