Most practices have meetings that go nowhere and task lists that live in someone's head. This session fixes that. We build your team meeting templates, your role-based task lists, and your Asana customization so the tool actually fits the way your practice runs, not the other way around.

Week III
Hiring, Onboarding, and SOPs
Session three is where your practice stops relying on tribal knowledge and starts running on documented systems. Every transition in your practice, in or out, runs on a system instead of memory after today. We build your full onboarding and offboarding infrastructure so every new hire gets the same experience regardless of who is training them.
We also get your SOPs out of everyone's heads and into Asana, using Everbloom's custom GPT to accelerate the writing process so you are not starting from a blank page.
